2. Stablecoin Policy
Stablecoin-like token minting is permitted. However, you must not misrepresent the token as officially issued, guaranteed, insured, approved, or redeemable unless you have independent legal authority and can substantiate those claims.
- Do not use names, symbols, or logos that impersonate known issuers, exchanges, banks, or public institutions.
- Do not claim 1:1 backing, reserve attestations, or redemption rights unless true, current, and verifiable.
- Do not market tokens in a deceptive way that could cause consumer confusion or phishing harm.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use this service for phishing, impersonation, fraud, sanctions evasion, malware distribution, or any illegal activity. We may restrict access to users or wallets associated with abuse, platform integrity risks, or legal non-compliance.
4. Wallet and Transaction Risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for wallet security, key management, and transaction confirmation details. We never request or store seed phrases or private keys.
5. Service Scope and Availability
Service features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific token performance, market value, or exchange listings.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation
This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from token issuance decisions, market activity, user misconfiguration, or third-party platform behavior.
